Job Title: Lockbox/Mailroom Operations Processor
Location: Tukwila, Seattle Wholesale Lockbox Operations
Schedule:
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday- 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (4 day work week)

Responsibilities:
• Primarily scanning and imaging using the Falcon Red machine, which opens mail and extracts contents in a fluid motion.
• Performing 10-key data entry with a minimum of 8501 keystrokes per hour
• Staying until all work is completed, which may result in shorter or longer workdays.
• Cross-training in various tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a mailroom is a bonus.
• Proficiency in alpha-numeric and 10-key data entry with a minimum of 8000 keystrokes per hour.
• Ability to stay later if required to complete tasks.
