· Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
· Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related.
· 1-2 years of experience working in Logistics is preferred.
· Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience is preferred.
· Intermediate MS Excel skills.
· A self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.
· Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
· Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
· Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
· Supervise orders and arrange stocking of tanks and equipment to ensure they meet needs
· Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
· Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
