Logistics Clerk/Coordinator

Pay: $22-26/hr (Based on experience)
We're looking for a Logistics Clerk/Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with export shipping experience, carrier billing knowledge, and an eagerness to grow. If you're ready to learn, we’ll train you to become an expert in logistics and help you develop your skills with flexible pay options.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle export shipping and carrier billing tasks
Coordinate shipments: arrange, book, and confirm cargo space on vessels
Work directly with agents and customers to read and respond to shipment-related emails and documentation
Organize cargo delivery to port
Create invoices and supporting shipping documentation
Review and process letters of credit, making necessary corrections
Manage and pay invoices on time
Learn and effectively use our SAP software (older version)
Develop and structure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Must have experience with export shipping and carrier billing
Proficiency in MS Excel (this is a must—strong Excel skills required!)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary
Strong communication and multitasking skills
