Responsibilities:
** This is a position majority of the time will be working on computer (data entry & emails.) ***
- Input orders to support sales reps
- Assist with Invoices
- Data entry into ASN (Advance Ship Notice)
- Process shipping and receiving documentation
- Schedule for trucking companies
- Answer incoming phones
- RMA processing
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS
- Experience in either CSR or shipping/trucking coordination, and understand all import shipping documents/bill of lading
- Must be very detail
- Must have good math & Excel skill
- Import experience is preferred
