Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in logistics? Do you want to play a crucial role in the healthcare industry, ensuring smooth operations in a laboratory environment? We’re looking for a Logistics Technician to join our team and support the safe and efficient movement of materials, samples, and equipment within the lab.
What You’ll Do:
? Manage the incoming and outgoing shipments of laboratory materials, reagents, equipment, and specimens
? Ensure that all specimens are properly handled, labeled, and tracked in accordance with health and safety regulations
? Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of lab supplies and equipment
? Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring that materials are properly stored and accounted for at all times
? Perform quality control checks on supplies and equipment, reporting any issues or shortages
? Support lab staff in retrieving and delivering necessary materials for ongoing experiments or tests
? Assist with tracking and logging the movement of critical laboratory items for compliance and documentation purposes
? Adhere to strict health and safety standards, including sterilization, packaging, and transportation protocols
? Collaborate with lab personnel to ensure that all supplies and materials are available when needed for research or testing
What We’re Looking For:
? 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or laboratory industry
? Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
? Understanding of lab safety protocols and the ability to work with sensitive medical and research materials
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
? Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
? Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
