MS Power Apps Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC | Minneapolis, MN | Des Moines, IA
Duration: 4-Month Contract (with potential for extension)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced MS Power Apps Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in creating, configuring, and coding Microsoft Power Apps. Ideal candidates should have strong exposure to the financial industry and be familiar with risk management principles in the context of app implementation. The role involves developing both Canvas and Model-driven apps, as well as integrating with Power Automate workflows. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure complex Canvas and Model-driven apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Implement and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Design and develop SharePoint solutions (only if combined with Power Apps/Automate experience).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
• Ensure proper risk management and compliance procedures are followed during the implementation of apps, especially within financial industry guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve app-related issues and provide support during deployment.

Required Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in developing, configuring, and coding Microsoft Power Apps.
• Solid understanding and experience with Power Automate to build automated workflows.
• Exposure to the financial industry, with an understanding of the associated risks in app development and implementation.
• Experience with both Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
• Knowledge of SharePoint development (preferred, but not mandatory if experience with Power Apps and Automate is strong).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with the risk management overlay in financial applications.
• Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
