This Machine Operator Position Features:
Assist in Machine Setup: Help the Machine Operator with setting up printing machines, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring correct alignment.
Monitor Production: Observe the printing process to ensure it meets quality standards, making minor adjustments as needed under the direction of the Machine Operator.
Material Handling: Load and unload print materials such as paper, ink, and other supplies into the machine, ensuring adequate supply throughout the production run.
Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for defects, inconsistencies, or other issues. Report any problems to the Machine Operator or Supervisor.
Machine Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on printing equipment to ensure it operates efficiently. Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
Support Team Efficiency: Work collaboratively with the Machine Operator and other team members to meet production deadlines and optimize workflow.
