Job Title: Temporary On-Call Mailroom Messenger

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary On-Call Mailroom Messenger to handle all mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence. The role involves sorting, delivering, and preparing outgoing mail, as well as moving boxes and supplies. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
* Sort and deliver mail/packages to assigned areas.
* Prepare outgoing mail and inter-office pouches.
* Log items and ensure accuracy.
* Move boxes, supplies, or furniture as needed.
* Follow safety guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
