Dynamic and energetic company in Livingston, NJ is looking to grow their Mail Services team!
- Hours: 930 to 530
- Parking on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to):
- Collecting, organizing, sorting, and distributing mail in a high-volume mailroom
- Ensuring quality and timely task completion
- Ship and receive supplies, distribute and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as printing any shipping stickers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in mailroom environment, office services, and shipping/receiving
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organization skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
