Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Clerk. Responsibilities include high-end mail sorting, printing, and insertion tasks.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Pay rate: $18.70/hr
Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed sorting of mail and manage records.
• Operate printing and insertion equipment (training provided).
• Engage in physical tasks such as walking, bending, and twisting.
• Lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize computer systems (skills and programs will be taught).
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
Requirements:
• Previous records management or mail sorting experience preferred.
• Flexibility to adjust to extended hours when required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting.
