This Logistics and Mail Operations Manager is responsible for overall processing of mail in the facility, both external from the Post Office and internal from the Branches. Handle internal delivery of documents throughout the Livermore Operations facility. Receive, scan and distribute sensitive documents and supplies for the facility. Assist and support the team by performing delivery rounds for Operations, logging and distributing packages, sorting incoming mail and prepping all outgoing mail. Back-up Mobile Client Service Representative (MCSR), as needed, supporting all aspects of mail operations including, but not limited to; sorting mail, using Inserter machines and meters, and working with the other departments to complete the daily notices and statements.

When not performing these duties, the you may be tasked with special delivery and/or pick up requests or other special assignments. Must be flexible and able to prioritize and manage the expectations and changing needs of our clients.

This is a customer service position, and a driving position that requires the individual to work with external clients as well as internal clients. You will be interacting regularly with C-Level executives and many of the top clients. Good communications skills are a must.

Miscellaneous Logistics Support (Shipping, organizing, tracking, scanning, and verifying paperwork)
Vehicle Management
Courier Route
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
MUST HAVE a Clean Driving Record
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong Time Management/Organizational skills for prioritizing needs - distribution of supplies and paperwork
Strong Communication skills to instruct staff, take instructions, and to keep other involved parties informed
Comfortable working with mail equipment - inserter, meters, and hand scanners
Experience with Mailing Equipment and UPS/FedEx shipping
Knowledge of USPS regulations
Adaptable - must be able to function in atmosphere with changing priorities
