Immediate need for mailroom specialist seeking individuals who are extremely detail oriented and familiar with document compliance. This Mailroom specialist will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, maintaining detailed records, and scanning and organizing electronic copies of mail. The Mailroom specialist role also involves liaising with various departments to ensure timely delivery, maintaining a clean and organized mailroom, and providing excellent customer service to internal staff and external contacts. The ideal Mailroom specialist candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, basic computer proficiency, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
