Must have hands on maintenance experience, they are not open to someone who needs to be trained on any parts. They have 15 resident buildings that will keep this person busy every day, along with maintenance projects for all common areas. Must know how to drain pipes, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, electrical, etc.
Maintenance duties are, but not limited to, daily maintenance tasks that include:
Maintaining the HOA common areas
Maintaining areas within residential units as directed
Respond to assigned work orders in a timely manner to address repairs to:
Light fixtures
Plumbing
Electrical
Roof
HVAC
Water leaks
Motors and related mechanical devices
Cement
Carpentry
REQUIRES Strong experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating, air conditioning and appliance repair is desired. Industry standard certifications in plumbing and electrical are required.
Computer literacy in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
