We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with Plumbing Experience to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with a focus on plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general building maintenance and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform plumbing repairs including pipe fittings, leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
-Conduct preventive maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and facility systems
-Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, carpentry, and mechanical issues
-Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
-Maintain accurate service records and report maintenance needs
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
-Plumbing experience required (residential or commercial)
-Knowledge of general maintenance including electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
-Experience using maintenance tools and equipment
