Maintenance Technician
Salary: $58K

Position Overview: As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, including light electrical work, plumbing, appliance maintenance, and minor repairs. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients, tenants, and vendors to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct minor repairs to walls, doors, and ceiling tiles.
- Perform light plumbing and electrical maintenance.
- Coordinate service vendors and contractors.
- Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
- Assemble furniture and handle project clean-up.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Valid California Driver’s License (if job includes travel).
- Physical ability to lift to 60 pounds and push up to 100 pounds.
- Proficiency in using electronic time tracking systems and other applications.
- Familiarity with California labor laws.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
