Job Functions:
• Troubleshoots, maintains, repairs, and modifies manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum productivity.
• Test equipment to improve systems uptime and reliability.
• Oversees equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansions. • Maintains and updates all process documentation.
• Ensures safety measures are met for all equipment and company standards. Required
Education: Associate Degree in a technical manufacturing discipline and 2 years of automation/PLC controls with industrial maintenance, mechanical, electronic systems & PC controls. OR High school diploma/GED and 2 years technical maintenance experience PLUS 2 years automation/PLC controls with industrial maintenance, mechanical, electronic systems & PC controls (4 years total experience).
Requirements:
• Must be a highly flexible individual that can adjust to changes quickly.
• Must be willing to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Must have strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Must have strong experience in reading schematics.
• Successful candidates must pass a computer-based technical knowledge assessment and a hands-on electrical troubleshooting proficiency test.
We are seeking candidates that can work night shift schedule – 7pm to 7am.
Pay is $30.25 to $42.00 per hour – depending on experience
