Maintenance Technician – Residential - Plumbing EXP
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a government organization. This role focuses on residential construction maintenance, requiring expertise in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and mechanical repairs.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential properties
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Handle carpentry, drywall, and general building repairs
Ensure properties meet safety and operational standards
Qualifications:
Experience in residential construction maintenance
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and mechanical work
Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
