As a Manager In Training, you will play a pivotal role in leading our branch team to excel in customer service, operational efficiency, and sales performance. Your responsibilities will include training, supervising, motivating, and evaluating counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel while fostering a customer-first environment aligned with our company values. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager and District Operations Manager, you will identify and execute branch initiatives to drive growth and enhance team performance. This role requires a high-energy, collaborative, and organized individual with exceptional communication skills and leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
Foster a customer-first environment aligned with company values
Assist in managing the store operations
Exceed store sales and margin goals
Maintain strong working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors
Monitor operational expenses and manage to specified budgets
Lead inventory management utilizing company SOPs
Effectively delegate tasks and follow up on progress
Qualifications:

Fluency in both Spanish and English
Upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and dependability
Self-starter with the ability to inspire others
Extroverted with strong customer service and team leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer skills and multitasking ability
Hard-working with a desire to grow within the company
