Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry Level Warehouse Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced team!
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Keep meticulous records and ensure smooth stock control.
* Order Processing: Accurately handle order entries, updates, and confirmations.
* Client Communication: Engage with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers to facilitate seamless operations.
* Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and comprehensive reports.
* Team Support: Assist warehouse staff with administrative tasks and coordinate logistics.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
* Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in all administrative processes.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel) or/and warehouse management software.
* Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred but not required.
