Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will promote our services, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value we offer to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
Conduct research to identify organizations that would benefit from our services.
Understand potential clients' businesses, challenges, and needs through thorough research.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and findings to key decision-makers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
