Compensation: $19.75/Hr.
Job Title: Operator 1 – 2nd Shift
Purpose:
Responsible for producing high-quality medical devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, and leads in a manufacturing cell while adhering to established procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices, following standardized procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all operations for product traceability and quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of manufacturing management, maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, utilizing proper safety equipment, and actively promoting a safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
• Support and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to establish and monitor performance metrics.
Skills & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency in using electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling small components.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Supervision:
Close supervision with frequent reviews of work.
