Immediate need for Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer Manufacturing. Our client a leading organization is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and implement production and quality control procedures for its manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate must have experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and will ensure compliance with quality standards across the production site.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role supervises Quality Assurance Technicians or Operators.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and coordinate processes, testing, and quality control procedures for manufacturing.
-Research materials and components for production.
-Draft proposals outlining manufacturing and quality control procedures, including testing conditions.
-Ensure compliance with product requirements and specifications.
-Analyze manufacturing/testing data and validate results.
-Identify and resolve production and quality issues for new products.
-Document technical reports and recommend corrective production measures.
-Ensure compliance with ISO standards by coordinating with headquarters.
-Provide training for internal personnel on IQC, product quality, and process standards.
-Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Expertise in SMT (PCBA) production and testing processes.
-Knowledge of Quality and ISO standards.
-Familiarity with BOMs, circuit schematics, and component specifications.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills for constructive problem-solving.
-Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software for technical reporting.

Education and Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
-Minimum two years of related experience.
