Qualifications
? 4+ years of experience in program and/ or project management working on large-scale B2C events.
? Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
? Able to organize information quickly and at a high level in order to address potential roadblocks, define the best way forward, and communicate trade-offs where appropriate
? Strong analytical skills - can analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions and identify risk in projects and programs early so that mitigation steps can be taken
? Experience operating and driving work independently in a dynamic environment, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
? Understanding of asset creation (i.e. Creative, Deployment, etc.) and approval cycles (Stakeholder Reviews, Legal Approvals, etc.)
? Exceptional written and verbal presentation abilities
? Ideal candidate can build positive relationships with stakeholders
? Passion for democratizing finance and a deep understanding of Robinhood's mission, products, and target customers
Responsibilities
? Manage all internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Product and Legal teams to ensure cohesion.
? Supports the Events Lead with stakeholder management to ensure all aspects of the program are on track, and flag delays or facilitate trade off discussions when necessary.
? Own the overall program timeline and deliverables list, and work cross functionally with the Event and Creative producers.
? Build, implement, and maintain event toolkits, trackers and templates.
? Facilitate meetings to ensure information exchange and understanding across teams - creating and owning agendas, action items, and follow ups.
? Own the submission process for Legal & Compliance review, spearheading weekly
check-ins, and ensuring materials are revised where necessary.
? Lead QA Process of all assets, ensuring quality standards are met and work is complete.
? Lead post-event recaps, consolidating feedback and implementing optimizations for future work.
? Support the Events Lead on gathering inputs from stakeholders for performance
reporting.
? Collaborates with product-specific MPMs to ensure proper product representation at events
