Medical Call Center Dispatcher

We are recruiting for one of our top clients seeking a Dispatcher.

You’ll coordinate ambulances, verify insurance, and handle emergency calls.

What We Offer:
-Pay: $14-16/hour -2-3 months paid training (Day shift: 8 AM - 5 PM)
-Full-time with benefits
-Shift: 12-hour overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) after training
-Open weekend availability required

Training Details:
-Initial 2-3 months of training during regular day shifts (8 AM - 5 PM) -Upon completing training, shift will transition to 12-hour overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)

Qualifications:
-Dispatch experience preferred, ideally in medical or call center settings
-1+ year in a Medical Assistant/Receptionist role (CMA a plus)
-High school diploma or GED
-Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
