Our client is seeking a talented Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join their team in the Winter Park area. This role offers a competitive salary up to $80,000, with the opportunity for hybrid remote work after completing 90 days of training.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Pre-Suit procedures efficiently
• Confirm information on Before/After Treaters
• Prepare Notice of Intents (NOI’s)
• Burn CD’s containing required information
• Handle incoming Discovery requests
• Draft and send outgoing Discovery requests
• Coordinate Pre-Suit Mediation, if applicable
• Organize Unsworn Statements, etc.
