Medical Malpractice Paralegal

We are partnering with a Winter Park medical malpractice defense law firm to find an experienced Paralegal to join their team! This is a full-time role focused on handling medical malpractice defense cases from pre-suit through trial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting discovery plans, correspondence, emails, deposition summaries, and reports
• Setting up cases in Client Profiles and maintaining accurate case info
• Coordinating depositions, hearings, and travel arrangements
• E-Filing pleadings and preparing discovery documents
• Managing deadlines and appearances through the firm's docketing system

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of recent medical malpractice or insurance defense experience
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and E-Filing procedures
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: $60-80K, commensurate with experience
