We are hiring for a Medical Receptionist/Patient Registration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greet patients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries efficiently.
* Patient Registration - Accurately collect and enter patient information into the system, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
* Patient Admitting - Coordinate patient admissions, verify insurance information, and assist with the necessary paperwork.
* Manage and schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
* Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical front office setting.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus.
* Must be up to date on all vaccines, including COVID-19 and flu.
* Previous work experience in a hospital, clinic, or doctor’s office.
* Proficient in patient registration and admitting processes.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with medical record systems and office software.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
