Job Title: Medical Records Review Specialist

Location: Mt. Pleasant, SC
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17 per hour

A well-established law firm in Charleston is seeking a Medical Records Review Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience reviewing and organizing medical records. If you have a background in healthcare, legal, or insurance industries and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
-Review, analyze, and summarize medical records for personal injury cases
-Identify missing or incomplete medical documentation and request additional records as needed
-Organize and maintain medical records in case files
-Work closely with attorneys and legal teams to provide accurate medical summaries
-Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in medical records review, medical billing, insurance claims, or legal support preferred
-Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and documentation
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management software
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal setting
