What You'll Do:
• Phone Sales & Consultations: Answer 60-80 inbound calls, educate patients, and use phone sales techniques book consultations for mental health services. Identify marketing material needed. Primarily phone work (70-75% of the day), potential for travel for community outreach or provider meetings.
• Patient Education: Help patients understand services like Creyos, HST, Evoke, and TRD.
• Pipeline Management: Manage leads and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers to create your own pipeline.
• Work with a Team: Collaborate with Patient Advocate and Care Navigator teams to execute orders. Support community events and promotions within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
• Track & Exceed Goals: Keep track of your calls and activity using Salesforce, while hitting key sales targets! Stay informed on industry trends and competitors!
What We’re Looking For:
• Drive & Enthusiasm: You’re motivated, coachable, persistent, organized, and ready to learn!
• Great Communicator: You’re a people person who loves talking to others and explaining things clearly. With the ability to conduct cold calls and email campaigns effectively.
• Sales or Service Experience: Whether you’ve done sales or worked in customer service, we want to hear from you!
• Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, but we’ll train you if you don’t know it yet.
• Passion for Mental Health: A genuine desire to help people improve their mental well-being.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and prioritize duties as needed!
Required Education & Experience:
• Education: College degree or equivalent
• Experience: 0-2 years in sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferred but not required)
• Technical Skills: Salesforce experience a plus, but not necessary
