Job Requirements
3 Years Non-Qm experience or 5 years in the mortgage lending industry
Must be able to maintain $2,000,000.00 in month production
Current active book of business is preferable
Confident personality with strong communication skills
Must be able to structure loans with broker partners
Experience:
Mortgage Lending: 2 years (Required)
wholesale mortgage lending: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute:Work Location: In person
