Non-Profit Full-Cycle Recruiter Long Term Temporary (4-6 months) – Located in Monterey Park – Payrate is up to $30.00 – Hours are Monday – Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Interested candidates MUST have experience recruiting for a Non-Profit organization. Our client, a dynamic non-profit organization, is seeking a skilled Full-Cycle Recruiter to join their team immediately. This role offers the potential for extension after the 4-6 months have been completed. Key Qualifications: • Bilingual Spanish • Must have Non-profit experience • Full-cycle recruiting experience • ADP (payroll) experience for ATS system Responsibilities: As a Non-Profit Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including: • Posting job listings and sourcing candidates • Scheduling and conducting interviews • Administering pre-employment assessments • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements • Developing comprehensive job descriptions • Tracking applicant progress through the hiring funnel • Maintaining accurate recruitment records • Staying current on industry trends and best practices Requirements: • 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting and onboarding • Proven success recruiting for non-profit organizations • Proficiency in ADP payroll system (ATS SYSTEM) • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Administration, or related field • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
