This Office Admin Position Features:
This is onsite and in various locations in San Antonio. MUST BE OPEN TO COMMUTE! Pay is $17-18 DOE.
Job Description
Ø Ability to enter data accurately.
Ø Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Ø Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Ø Assist with projects and/other duties as warranted.
Ø Perform standard processing tasks for each line of business supported
Ø Perform standard processing tasks for other administrative operations areas as needed
Ø Other duties assigned by Site Leader
Ø Open mail under dual control
Ø Log mail and any checks received
Ø Research unidentified mail to send to proper location
Ø Scanning
Ø High level of customer interaction
Ø Work independently
Ø Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ø Intermediate skill ability in Microsoft Excel
Ø Excellent Accuracy & Attention to detail required
Ø Able to lift 50lbs
Ø Ability to meet daily quality & production metrics required
