Job Description:
As the Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day office operations, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will be the go-to person for administrative tasks, office organization, and assisting with a variety of internal projects. Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
-Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
-Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone calls. Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times.
-Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining company documents, both digital and physical. Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and easily accessible.
-Assist with data entry, prepare spreadsheets, and compile reports as needed for management.
Qualifications:
-Experience: 2+ years of experience in an office administration or coordination role preferred.
-Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and comfortable with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
-Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively and independently.
-Team Player: Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while being comfortable taking initiative on tasks.
-Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
