**Office Manager – Direct Hire**
**Location:** Livermore, CA
**Hours:** 7am – 4pm
**Salary:** $78K
Our client is hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support our leadership team at our corporate headquarters. This role involves office management, IT coordination, HR assistance, and event planning. If you’re a tech-savvy, organized professional with a proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Office Management:** Manage front desk duties, handle vendor relations, maintain security, and plan events
- **IT Support:** Liaise with IT consultants, handle equipment setup, manage onboarding/offboarding
- **Leadership Support:** Coordinate board meetings, manage corporate governance, assist with special projects
- **HR Support:** Set up new hires, support HR with onboarding tech
**Qualifications:**
- 10+ years in office management, IT support, and executive assistance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Current notary license (or willingness to obtain)
