Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Services Coordinator to manage daily operations at our office. This role includes responsibilities such as mail handling, shipping, reception, breakroom cleaning, conference room management, and overseeing client printers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations, ensuring all contracted office services are performed efficiently.
• Oversee and operate office equipment including PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, and mail equipment.
• Handle mail services, copy services, courier services, managed print services, and hospitality services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Coordinate conference room schedules and manage A/V equipment resources.
• Maintain inventory for office supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and building occupants as needed.
• Support the creation and completion of work orders, conduct inspections, and report facility-related issues.
• Ensure financial responsibilities and profitability goals are met by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.
• Collect and provide data for monthly reports with the support of assigned leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in B2B or a technical environment.
• Customer Service: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Technical Skills: Basic technical aptitude with the ability to operate office equipment and software efficiently.
• Communication: Basic written and verbal communication skills required.
• Problem-Solving: Moderate problem-solving skills with a tactical approach to tasks.
• Presentation: Ability to present information to small groups.
Working Conditions:
Primarily an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels.
Some physical effort required, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
Requires regular application of basic skills such as using a calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and coordination between hand and eye movements.
