We are seeking an Office Support Specialist in Columbia, SC. The Office Support Specialist will be the backbone of the administrative team and will handle a variety of tasks that keep the office efficient and ensure staff has the support they need to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, photocopying, data entry)
-Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
-Schedule meetings and appointments; maintain office calendars
-Order and manage office supplies and inventory
-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
-Greet and assist visitors and clients
-Maintain organized records and confidential information
Job Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and work independently
