We are seeking an experienced Office and Hospitality support with a strong background in the food industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant operations, banquet serving, conference room setups, and food ordering.
Location: 127 Public Square, 39th Floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44114
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for evening and occasional weekend events)
Compensation: $18.03 per hour
Dress Code: Business professional attire is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consistent and high-quality food and beverage setup and service to clients, ensuring smooth delivery of conference and function services.
• Set up and break down conference rooms according to event orders, maintaining cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment, and meeting rooms.
• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in function and conference rooms per event requirements.
• Disassemble conference rooms at appropriate breakdown times.
• Perform office maintenance tasks, including trash removal, cleaning, ordering, and restocking kitchens, pantries, and supplies.
• Assist with general clerical duties, reception, copying, mail services, shipping and receiving products and supplies, and sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Lead and coordinate meeting rooms and events, training team members on responsibilities and tasks associated with the position.
• Manage conference/hospitality calendar, greet clients and guests, and ensure excellent and professional client service at all times.
• Maintain kitchens and clean kitchen equipment, including coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, and ice machines.
• Order and keep track of inventory for supplies, food, beverages, etc., for kitchens, conference rooms, and pantries.
• Perform occasional cleaning duties as needed in the office or building locations, such as trash removal, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms and break rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, and window washing.
Qualifications:
• Previous hospitality experience in the food industry, including restaurant work, banquet serving, conference room setups, and food ordering.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule to accommodate events that may extend beyond standard hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Strong social skills and professionalism, with excellent email etiquette and proper English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to update spreadsheets in Excel.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, and walking.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally.
