Client is seeking an Online Banking Specialist II, who will ensure smooth operations by reviewing online account applications, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors. This role also involves testing and debugging digital products, documenting system improvements, and gathering technical requirements. The Specialist II provides department training, ensures compliance with policies, and works to improve the client experience. The position requires managing tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism, and completing 10 CRA volunteer hours per year (with compensable time and mileage). Qualifications include a High school diploma (Associate’s preferred), 2-3 years of digital banking or online account opening experience, strong client service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
