As an Operations Insurance Specialist, you’ll have the chance to use your expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, social media management, lead generation, and customer service to make a direct impact on our brand’s growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently managing day-to-day operations and policy-related tasks.

Social Media & Branding: Oversee and manage the company’s social media channels and help craft engaging content that builds brand awareness and strengthens our online presence.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Take charge of lead generation efforts by implementing innovative strategies to grow our customer base through multiple channels.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless customer experience while fostering a supportive and positive work environment.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in organizing and tracking prospects and renewals to maximize conversion rates and customer retention.

Ideal Candidate:

Holds a valid P&C license and has recent experience working in the insurance industry.
Proficient in social media marketing, with a keen eye for content creation and engagement.
Skilled in lead generation techniques and comfortable working with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, including strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the San Fernando Valley area and local insurance market trends is a plus.
