Job Description:
Are you an experienced professional in the brokerage industry with attention to detail and the ability to handle complex tasks? Join our team at a Fortune 500 banking institution as an Escalations Representative in St. Louis, Charlotte, or Salt Lake City. In this role, you will support the Wealth Investment Management (WIM) department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture Client Information: Collect client information and understand their issues to categorize and prioritize complaints.
• Collaborate with Qualified Supervisors: Work closely with the Qualified Supervisors team to ensure effective complaint resolution.
• Problem Code Processing: Categorize issues according to FINRA coding standards for resolution.
• Daily Workload: Address 10 phases per day (5 complaints) with a focus on maintaining a 95% correction rate.
• Efficiency and Tracking: Spend 70% of your working day actively working on cases and maintaining accurate records.
What you bring to the position:
Required:
• Brokerage Experience: Previous brokerage industry experience – license not required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
• Feedback Acceptance: Ability to accept and implement feedback.
• Complex Task Handling: Proficiency in managing complex tasks.
Preferred:
• Experience with Smartstation/Beta and Storevision platforms.
• Familiarity with FINRA regulations.
Training:
• Initial 6-8 week in-office training (8 am – 4:30 pm CST).
• Transition to a hybrid model after training.
