We have two openings for Equipment Operators in Tukwila, WA for a temporary position in Seattle Wholesale Lockbox Operations. These positions involve scanning, imaging, and working with the Falcon Red machine to open and extract mail. Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong data entry skills are essential.

Job Details:

Pay: $21.46 per hour
Start Dates:
Position 1: 4/19/2025
Position 2: 3/31/2025
Shift Options:
Position 1: Sun-Mon-Tue-Sat, 8:00am-6:30pm (Weekends start at 8:30am)
Position 2: Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed-Sat, 8:00am-4:30pm (Weekends start at 8:30am)
Data Entry Requirements:
10-key: 8501 keystrokes per hour
Alpha-numeric: 8000 keystrokes per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Operate Falcon Red machine to extract mail.
Ensure work is completed within the production environment; the day may extend depending on workload.
Handle scanning, imaging, and data entry tasks efficiently.
Cross-train across various roles and workflows.
Maintain professionalism and attention to detail throughout all tasks.
Requirements:

Ability to handle alpha-numeric and 10-key data entry efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing workflows.
Ability to remain flexible with work hours, staying until the job is done.
Bonus: Previous mailroom experience.
