Operations Manager
Lead and manage the operations of public or private sector organizations, focusing on policy formulation, daily operations, and resource management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee product/service production and delivery.
Manage business activities related to production, pricing, sales, and distribution.
Analyze financial data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Supervise staff, create work schedules, and assign duties.
Manage finances, budgets, and investments to improve efficiency.
Develop and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures.
Determine staffing needs, conduct interviews, and oversee hiring and training.
Plan and coordinate sales promotions and collaborate with other departments.
Set prices and terms for products/services based on customer demand forecasts.
Procure merchandise and manage negotiations with suppliers.
