Key Responsibilities: • Operate high-volume production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. • Perform routine maintenance on copiers and troubleshoot any equipment issues. • Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, applying postage, and ensuring timely delivery. • Maintain accurate inventory records for supplies and equipment. • Assist with temporary reception duties, providing a welcoming and professional experience for visitors. • Support various office tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team. • Perform additional building support functions, including meeting setups and light maintenance. What We’re Looking For: • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to operate high-volume duplicating and sorting equipment. • Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance and repair. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset. • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus!
