About Us: We are a full-service, high-capacity print center, known for our commitment to excellence and innovation. We're seeking a skilled Operations Specialist who can bring expertise in large-format printing and production equipment to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain high-volume production equipment, ensuring peak performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on large-scale printing, binding, and copying machines.
Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, applying postage, and ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records for supplies and equipment.
Assist with temporary reception duties, offering a professional and welcoming experience for visitors.
Support office and building functions, including meeting setups and light maintenance tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with large-format printing and production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for complex machinery.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
Previous experience in a print or production environment is highly desirable.
Scanning and imaging experience is a plus.
