Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. You will be responsible for coordinating various operational activities, optimizing workflows, and supporting the overall operational strategy. Your extensive experience and analytical skills will be essential in driving operational excellence and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities.
Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Mentor and train junior operations staff.
Lead projects aimed at improving operational processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in operations management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
