Operations Coordinators
to deliver exceptional, “white glove” service in this unique role!
What You’ll Enjoy:
Hours-: 9 AM - 6 PM with occasional weekends (because sometimes, excellence doesn’t clock out!)
Language
: Bilingual in English and Korean?
Perfect! Many of our clients are Korean-speaking, and we love those language skills.
You’ll Be Awesome If You Have:
• 2+ years in customer service or hospitality
• Proficiency in MS Office (yep, Excel too!)
• A talent for multitasking, prioritizing, and making quick decisions
• Fantastic communication skills to work seamlessly with customers, vendors, and teammates
• A valid driver’s license (for those occasional on-the-go needs)
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations for hotels, cars, shuttles—keeping everything running like clockwork
• Negotiate with vendors and handle feedback to keep service at its best
• Deliver outstanding customer support, ensuring client satisfaction at every step
• Keep documents in check and help with month-end wrap-ups
• And, of course, jump into additional tasks as needed!
