The position Details:
• Purpose: Produce high-quality medical devices (pacemakers, ICDs, leads, etc.) in a manufacturing cell.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices.
• Follow standardized procedures for routine assignments.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for operations.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of manufacturing management.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers or during tours.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize proper safety equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.
• Keep accurate records for product traceability and quality assurance.
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors/managers to set and monitor performance metrics.

Skills & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Manual dexterity for handling small components.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
