Seeking an Operator to contribute to the production of high-quality medical devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, and leads. In this role, you will work in a manufacturing cell, performing assembly, repair, and testing tasks while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is an opportunity to play a vital role in creating life-saving devices in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble, repair, and test medical devices in adherence to standardized procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for operations and product traceability.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of manufacturing management.
• Uphold a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with customers and visitors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to set and monitor performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail for handling small components.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
