Outside Sales Consultant – West LA Territory

A leading fence installation provider is currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Consultant for immediate hire in the West LA area. No cold calling – leads are provided through partnerships with national home improvement retailers, home builders, and general contractors. Strong competitive edge in the local market.
Paid training provided for 6 weeks. A tablet is supplied after training is complete. A gas card is also provided after 30–90 days post-training. The territory for this role covers West Los Angeles and surrounding communities, so candidates must reside locally.
Job Responsibilities
Learn and adopt a proven structured selling process through provided training
Present and sell features and benefits of premium fencing products
Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and follow-up
Maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals
Follow up on active leads provided through partnerships
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
Collaborate with install teams to understand and communicate customer needs
Perform basic record keeping and data entry for tracking purposes
Maintain a professional and friendly presence with customers and colleagues
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of outside sales experience
2–3 years of in-home sales experience (preferred)
College degree in a related field (preferred)
Availability to work some evenings and weekends
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills
Ability to earn trust and build rapport with customers and team members
Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable with technology and proficient in tools like Google G-Suite
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
