Business Development Associate | Join a Fast-Growing Security Solutions Leader

Are you a go-getter who thrives on building relationships, spotting new opportunities, and turning strategy into action? We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who is passionate about growth and eager to make a real impact in the security solutions industry.

Scout New Markets: Research and identify untapped opportunities, industries, and clients ripe for partnership.
Build Client Trust: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
Collaborate on Strategy: Work alongside leadership to shape and implement go-to-market strategies that drive growth.
Fuel Expansion: Help increase our national footprint by targeting new sectors and verticals.
Drive Sales Success: Support the preparation of powerful sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that clearly communicate our value.
Track Progress: Monitor and report on KPIs, pipeline activity, and overall performance to ensure targets are hit—and exceeded.
Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on the security industry, competitive activity, and emerging technologies

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (is a plus but not required)
Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A strategic mindset with a hunger for growth.
Experience in the security or tech industry is a plus (but not required).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
